All About Me

My name is Joanne. I have been a primary teacher for 20 years. In 2018, I decided to leave mainstream education and to pursue my ambition of tutoring children on a 1:1 group basis.  

Withing the last two years, I have worked closely with children with a range of SEND and have tutored Looked after children (LAC), creating a bespoke curriculum which is tailored to their individual needs. This has enabled them to gain the skills and confidence to return back into mainstream education. This year (2020) I have assisted parents with homeschooling their children through the unprecedented pandemic. I thoroughly enjoy my role as a tutor.
